 If you are experiencing any type of draining or flushing problem; Please check the following:

  • ​Check your air vent (candy cane pipe) by removing the top portion and looking inside. If sewage is visible, call us!
  • If there is sewage on the ground around your air intake, call us!
  • If you air intake makes a noise longer than 10 seconds per event, call us!
  • Air intake is broken, you are responsible for this repair, but will need to obtain a permit for inspection.
  • Drains are draining slowly or being sucked dry, call us!
  • Toilets are gurgling or not flushing, call us!
  • You have sewer odor inside your home, call us!


We may refer you to a plumber, but we will come check before you do.

Call us immediately if you have a grinder alarm/light, sewage on the ground or around the pit!

We have on call maintenance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency calls. We normally respond within an hour of your call. Waiting to call us may increase the severity of the problem and make the repair/ or restoration of service much longer for you and/or your neighbors.
